The range maps for G. spirurus and A. melanogenys were reproduced from Ridgely & Greenfield (2001). The predictions for G. spirurus (b–d left panels) and A. melanogenys (b–d right panels) are close‐ups of the corresponding maxent predictions in Fig. 5.
