  • Photographs of EHOI (Fig. 2A) and SHOI (Fig. 2B) electrodes. The EHOI was perfused, and the normal saline sprayed from the 18 holes distributed over the tip electrode surface, while the saline infusion in SHOI drained out of the 6 holes around the circumference of the electrode.
