Asset Details

  • Description:
  • Effects of three types of phospholipids on hepatic lipogenesis in HF diet‐induced obese C57BL/6J mice. (A) Total enzyme activities of fatty acid synthase (FAS), glucose 6‐phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), malic enzyme (ME) and phosphatidic acid phophyhydrolase (PAP) in the liver; (B) Expression of key genes involved in hepatic lipogenesis determined by RT‐PCR. Data were given as means ± standard errors; n = 7 mice per group. #P < 0.05, significant difference compared to the control group determined by Student's t‐test. Different letters indicate significant difference at P < 0.05 among the HF diet groups determined by ANOVA (Tukey's test).
