Asset Details

  • Description:
  • Western blot analysis of NTPDase1 in wild‐type and mutant mice. Membrane fractions of lung and brain from wild‐type (+/+: lung, 4 µg/lane; brain, 10 µg/lane) and cd39 null (–/–: both 10 µg/lane) mice were subjected to Western blotting using the polyclonal antimouse NTPDase1 antibody. A 78‐kDa protein band is clearly detectable in membrane fractions of cd39+/+ mice but absent in probes of cd39–/– mice.
