  • Expression of DevR and HspX in Mtb strains. Mycobacterial lysates prepared from aerobic and hypoxia‐induced cultures containing 10–15 μg of protein were subjected to electrophoresis and immunoblot analysis using polyclonal antibodies specific for DevR, HspX and SigA. Aer, aerobic cultures; Hyp, corresponds to 5 day hypoxic cultures. SigA was used as loading control. *Nonspecific band of protein. Representative blots from two to four independent experiments are shown.
