Asset Details

  • Description:
  • The effects of bupivacaine on prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐stimulated murine macrophages (RAW264.7) were illustrated. The PGE2 data were obtained from three independent analyses of the PGE2 concentration in the freshly harvested supernatants using an enzyme immunoassay. Each group of cell cultures contained six culture dishes (n=6). Data are presented as mean±SD. (−), the negative control group; B (1), 1 μM of bupivacaine; B (10), 10 μM of bupivacaine; B (100), 100 μM of bupivacaine. *P<0.05 compared with the negative control group. #P<0.05 compared with the LPS group. †P<0.05 the LPS+B (100) group compared with the LPS+B (1) group. ‡P<0.05 the LPS+B (100) group compared with the LPS+B (10) group.
