Asset Details

  • Description:
  • The effects of bupivacaine on interleukin‐10 (IL‐10) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐stimulated murine macrophages (RAW264.7) were illustrated. The IL‐10 data were obtained from three independent analyses of the IL‐10 concentration in the freshly harvested supernatants using an enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay. Each group of cell cultures contained six culture dishes (n=6). Data are presented as mean±SD. (−), the negative control group; B (1), 1 μM of bupivacaine; B (10), 10 μM of bupivacaine; B (100), 100 μM of bupivacaine. *P<0.05 compared with the negative control group.
