- Description:
- JANEX‐1 inhibits ultraviolet‐B (UVB)‐induced PGE2 synthesis. HaCaT cells were either irradiated with UVB (25 mJ/cm2) or sham irradiated. JANEX‐1 was added 1 hr prior to irradiation and after UVB exposure. Cumulative PGE2 released during subsequent 6 hr incubation was determined by EIA. Each bar represents the mean ± S.E.M. of three different experiments.
