- Description:
- Percent lymphocytes in cynomolgus maternal and fetal (cord) blood before treatment (GD20) and following treatment of dams with golimumab. Dams were treated from GD20 to GD51. Caesarean sections (and collection of cord blood) were conducted on GD100 to GD103. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM of data from 11 to 12 control dams, 10 to 14 golimumab (50 mg/kg) treated dams and 6 cord samples per treatment group. Note one control dam and four golimumab treated dams were removed from the study prior to gestation day 35 due to spontaneous abortions.
