Asset Details

  • Description:
  • Measurement of the angular positions of retinal major temporal vessels. A line connecting the fovea and ONH centre is drawn, and three concentric circles are set in the following order: (1) Bruch’s membrane opening margin identified by Cirrus OCT; (2) 3.5 mm Cirrus peripapillary RNFL thickness scan circle; and (3) the largest circle is drawn with a radius of half the distance from fovea to ONH centre. The angle between the fovea–ONH centre–intersection is measured (black dotted line). Red markings indicate intersections between the major arteries and the three concentric circles. Blue markings indicate intersections between the major veins and the three concentric circles.
