  • HHEX and HLX inhibit late phase reprogramming. (A): Schematic representation of iPSC induction with time point expression of HHEX or HLX. OSKUL‐transfected cells were transferred onto feeder‐coated plates after 7 days, and iPSC colonies were counted at 30 days. The reprogramming period was divided into three periods: days (d) 1–10, 11–20, and 21–30. (B): Number of iPSC colonies from HDFs inserted with dox‐inducible HHEX or HLX. Dox was supplemented on the indicated days. Control indicates cells transfected with only EGFP expression vector.
