Asset Details

  • Description:
  • Degradation/erosion of a PSA film with d0 = 166 nm monitored by ellipsometry, SPR, and FTIR. The data points at time t were normalized to t0. a) the angular reflectivity curve at t = 14 h obtained by SPR, from which the data at that time point was obtained, as an example. b) The FTIR spectra at t = 6 h (green) and 24 h (violet), respectively, with carbonyl bands at 1810 cm−1 and 1749 cm−1. c–e) normalized data (thickness or peak area, respectively) versus time with exponential fit and linear fit to the logarithmic plots of the same data.
