The 40‐ms stimulus waveform at 200 Hz and 1.4 μm in displacement is shown at the bottom. Each microphonic waveform was averaged 200 times. (B) Significant difference in microphonic threshold between control larvae (N = 8) and CRISPR/Cas9‐induced mutants (N = 5).
