- Clockwise a) Latero‐oblique skull radiograph of an older horse with chronic nonresponsive sinusitis that shows a short, lytic 111 and diffuse radiopacity of the maxillary sinuses; b) Sinoscopy showed green‐tinted mucoid exudate in the CMS; c) Sinoscopy also shows food protruding from a defect in the apical aspect of the 111 alveolus; d) Extracted 111 with midline sagittal fracture.
