  • Longitudinal f‐TAPSE measurements throughout pregnancy in a case of epignatus presented at 22 weeks of gestation. At its maximal size, the tumor protruding from the fetal mouth measured 81 × 75 mm; however, no signs of cardiac decompensation were evident as demonstrated by the increased f‐TAPSE.
