(A) Fluorescence microscopy images in a M2‐polarized macrophage culture sample region showing DAPI and CD163‐FITC and CD23‐PE conjugated antibodies costaining. Masks set by the imaging cytometry software StrataQuest (TissueGnostics) recognize cellular areas: nuclear mask (in yellow) recognizes the nuclear area; and cytoplasmic masks (in pink and turquois blue for CD163 and CD23, respectively) recognize cytoplasmic area.
