  • Anti‐CD44v7 efficiently mobilizes hematopoietic progenitor cells. CD44v7+/+ 129SV mice received three intravenous injections of PBS, 200 μg control IgG or anti‐CD44v7. BMC (A), SC (B), and PBMC (C) were collected 24 h after the last injection and titrated numbers were transferred into lethally irradiated CD44v7‐proficient 129SV mice. The survival rate (over 3 months) is shown. Data represent mean values of 20 mice (BMC, SC) and 15 mice (PBMC) per group (four and three, respectively, independently performed experiments each with five mice per group).
