- Expression of stem cell‐related genes in PDLSCs. Expression of various genes related to stem cells and PDLSCs were determined by real‐time PCR. Expression of ABCG2, Nanog, TERT, Oct4, and Sox2 was decreased in myofibroblasts‐like PDLSCs compared with spindle PDLSCs. *Significantly different from spindle. Results are expressed as means ± SD (n = 3).
