  • MiR‐99a‐5p was downregulated in breast cancer tissues, whereas CDC25A was upregulated. (a) The miR‐99a‐5p levels in breast cancer cells and breast cells were determined by qRT‐PCR; miR‐99a‐5p was downregulated in breast cancer cells. (b) The miR‐99a‐5p levels in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were determined by qRT‐PCR; miR‐99a‐5p was downregulated in breast cancer tissues. (c) We conducted prognostic analysis on miR‐99a‐5p; upregulated miR‐99a‐5p had a good prognosis. (d) The CDC25A levels in breast cancer cells and breast cells were determined by Western blot analysis; CDC25A was upregulated in breast cancer cells. (e) The CDC25A protein levels in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by Western blot analysis; the expression of CDC25A was upregulated in tumor tissues. (f) The expressions of miR‐99a‐5p and CDC25A were negative‐related. (g) According to the CDC25A prognostic analysis, patients with a low CDC25A expression held a higher survival rate.
