Asset Details

  • Description:
  • FKBP‐HGFR and FKBP‐HGFR‐K− expression and activation. A) MLP29 cells were infected with retroviral vectors encoding FKBP‐HGFR or FKBP‐HGFR‐K− and selected for stable expression. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with antibodies against human HGFR, and Western Blot was probed with the same antibodies recognizing the chimeric receptors as 92 kDa proteins. B) Immunofluorescence showing FKBP‐HGFR localization along plasma membrane. MLP29 stably expressing FKBP‐HGFR were grown on glass coverslips and immunostained with a polyclonal anti‐human HGFR antibody followed by a rodhamine‐conjugated antibody (arrows, bar indicates 10 μm).
